Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. of Borgo

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena del Borgo PGI is a completely handmade product that comes from a skilful aging of the grape must (from the Emilia Romagna region) and a small percentage of wine vinegar. The aging takes place in oak barrels and, like the Condimento del Borgo, is available in the three labels for the three different uses in the kitchen. All our types are "aged".
