Obtained from the refurbished landlord house, the restaurant is the ideal place to relax and enjoy typical goose recipes, in a warm and familiar atmosphere.

About Us

The core of the company is the goose breeding farm and the production of handmade products made of goose meat, like pure goose salami, goose smoked breast and goose ham. These high quality products are very tasty and are characterised by excellent nutritional properties: goose meat has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (about 75%), in particular Omega 3, 6 and 9, which are essential to keep the body functioning correctly and are therefore recommended in healthy diets.

The Story

Azienda Agricola Cascina Madonnina was born in 2005 and tells the story of Moyra Fusè and her passion for innovation and healthy food. Together with her family, she has been investing time and energies for 10 years in order to improve the quality of the products and guarantee its healthiness. The free-range geese are bred exclusively with natural food like corn, wheat and cereals and their meat is used to produce all the products branded Quack, the company brand registered in 2013. In summer 2014 the company opens its first brand store in the city center of Milan, next to Piazza Duomo, where you can buy and taste goose specialities.

The Technology

All Quack products are handmade, without preservatives and niters added. The cold cuts are aged 2 months at 10C° in a refrigerating room powered by solar panels.

Territory

Near the wonderful landscape of naturalistic park of Vanzago, Azienda Agricola Agrituristica Cascina Madonnina breeds the animals in the open air and feed them with natural food from biological agricolture, like vegetables and cereals.
