The farm Arc is located in Vinci, a small medieval village that gave birth to the famous Leonardo, immersed in the relaxing and regenerating landscape of the sweet Tuscan hills just a few kilometers from Florence and Pisa.

Its central location makes the region ideal for the businessman or tourist passing through wishing to use it as a base to discover the natural and artistic beauty of the surroundings and to visit moltepici art cities of Tuscany.

The Villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves of the farm that produces wine and olive oil and the village that has spaces for exhibitions, meetings and exclusive events.

Arco is located in Vinci, a small medieval village that gave birth to the famous Leonardo. 20 km West of Florence, in the heart of Chianti. It grows on very fertile, clayey, deep, elastic soil and has an excellent skeleton that nourishes the vines, exalting its natural peculiarities.

The story begins in 1978 when the founder, Primo Fanciullacci, selected land plots in Vinci, where to plant the most suitable vines to benefit from the extraordinary microclimate of the area.

The team that leads the company today is consistently inspired by the same principles that have guided the founder, continuing the development of his mission of quality, with the passion of ever sustained by the recognition of many leading experts.

The estate stretches for about 80 hectares, of which 45 are cultivated with vineyards, also with innovative varieties for the land, introduced over the years, through some experimental phases.

The richness of this land represents a microcosm of incredible variety; the ground assumes many different shades of color: the white pumice, the tuff from the yellow to the garnet red, the black volcanic stone. All these morphological diversity contribute to creating a unique combination of terroir.

The most popular variety is the Sangiovese with Merlot, Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet, Cabernet Franc, Canaiolo, Montepulciano, Vermentino, Chardonet and Trebbiano.

Inside the estate there are also 20 hectares of olive grove with 4000 plants for the production of extra virgin olive oil Montalbano igp. The varieties are mainly the Frantoio, the Moraiolo, the Leccino and the Mignola, some of which are secular.

The apartments at the Arco farmhouse recreate the charming atmosphere of the typical Tuscan countryside in a perfect symbiosis of simplicity and refinement.

Villa L'Arco is a rural complex situated on the highest part of the estate that enjoys stunning views of the surrounding landscape. A villa designed for those who love the Tuscan countryside, without forgetting the comfort and the pleasure of a high standard stay.

The Villa is set on two floors of a total of 450 sqm. On the ground floor there are two large living rooms with fireplace and billiards. On the first floor another beautiful fireplace is framed by a large living room which opens onto a dining room, a large kitchen and five double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower (one of the room has a bathroom with both shower and bath).

Villa also has a private pool overlooking the beautiful view of the estate and is surrounded by a large garden with panoramic terrace, equipped with all the amenities to relax and dine outside, immersed among the beauties that the territory offers.

Weddings and Receptions in an Enchanting and Romantic Environment

Villa L'Arco combines the beauty of the Tuscan hills with a familiar feeling of the place where you are, the ideal setting for events both in summer and winter. The Villa offers a variety of interior and exterior spaces, different from each other, but combined with elegance and uniqueness.

Outside a large garden surrounding the Villa has a panoramic pool overlooking the beautiful view of the estate, ideal for buffet, cake cuts and photographs. From the lounges and from the lounge opens a charming terrace furnished with elegant sofas and tables, which can accommodate American bars, music, outdoor lounges.

There is also the possibility of overnight staying at the upper floor of the Villa, where there are 5 double bedrooms, each with its own facilities. In any case, the structure can accommodate up to 50 people.
