Agricultural Brewery
Identity
The Ca' Verzini agricultural brewery, located on the hills of Val d'Illasi in the province of Verona, is located in a typical Venetian rural court owned by the family, whose traces date back to the twelfth century, completely restored and modernized in the last years.
The project comes from the dream, after about a decade of homebrew production, to propose and make the particular brewing creations to a wide audience.
Barley is grown on the more flat farm land, while hops are grown on hilly high-altitude hills, near the small Dolomites.
The entire production chain, from sowing to bottling, is directly followed by the owners in order to always guarantee the highest quality.
At the brewery you can view the entire production cycle, the demonstration hops and savor the productions in the tasting room.

High fermentation opalescent light beer with creamy and white foam. The spicy scent of coriander and the vegetal notes are immediately perceptible and remain over time. In the mouth it is fresh, with a slight acidulous and citrus vein, it distinguishes a delicate bitterness.

Light unfiltered craft beer, with malty flavor, with spicy notes and medium hops. Excellent from aperitif to whole meal, to combine with cold cuts and cheeses. Refermented in the bottle with natural deposit on the bottom.
The toasted and caramelized notes complement the spicy hints of fruit in alcohol. On the palate it is structured and complex, made fascinating by the richness of its flavors, with a slightly bitter finish. 330 ml.

Low fermentation beer with coppery color and persistent and compact foam. The hints of honey and the herbaceous notes of the hop flowers are integrated providing a complete sensation. On the palate one can feel the malty character sustained by a not very intense bitterness.
