Our History
The Fiorino pastry shop was founded in Palmi in 1964 when Mr. Francesco Fiorino (Don Ciccio), who has now emigrated for years, definitively decides to return to his country to give life to the ever more pressing idea of opening a bar.
Initially only bar, but his greed and his avant-garde mentality have always pushed him to look for something more. Then start by popping some recipes here and there, modifying it and reinventing it with the aim of giving life to a small artisanal pastry.
Not just a bakery but a place where you can find products that over time start to become unique and a dear friend who always welcomes you with a huge smile.
The goodness of the products can only be accompanied by an attentive, cared, positive and purposeful staff. The Fiorino pastry shop has this extra march, everything is done with passion, work is a way of expressing what the owners represent: sweetness, love, union.
What Don Ciccio has always taught was not only the recipes, the methods of performance, but above all what "work" is meant as a sacrifice and dedication that only passion can bear. Today the daughters Stella and Nunzia continue to carry on with great pride the project undertaken by their father, not neglecting the craftsmanship and traditionality and adapting to the times and to what the new pastry shop looks for.
The objectives are many: to grow, to confront, to discover, to improve, but the first is to succeed in making the Fiorino brand known and products outside the local realities.

We are a family-run craft company. Our products are obtained with quality raw materials, aimed at an attentive and increasingly in search of originality and healthy eating. Although our horizons are spreading outside our small local reality, we never lose sight of craftsmanship and tradition.
