Conte Spagnoletti Zeuli - Ghiandara - Castel del Monte D.O.C. Aglianico

The Aglianico's grapes, growing in a hilly land in the south of Italy and thank to its favorable weather, gives origin to a red ruby wine with some granet nuances.

Its deepy and elegant smell reminded the wood red fruit such as cherry and blackberry enrich with a little spice flavour. Its taste is balance, hot dry and velvet with mature tannin and a good alcoholic degree.

Good for dishes such as red meat and game.

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol 

Harvest: 2nd - 3rd week of October

Fermentation: The grapes, to the right degree of maturity, have been harvested, press and scraped, wine making in a steel vat with 10 days of slow soaking on a control degree.

Ageing: Oak barrels for 16-18 months
