Vineyards are in the village of Cordenons, Friuli, Italy’s top white wine region, where 40 million years ago the sea covered the land.
A true difference is made by the red clayey-calcareous soil, the sedimentary rock, the richness of iron oxide and the uniqueness of its microclimate between the Mediterranean and the continental characterized by significant temperature excursions that allow a slow and balanced ripening of the grapes donating minerality, sapidity and strength.

Soft pressing the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks thanks to selected yeasts for about 8 days in contact with their skins kept in suspension because of daily pumping over. At a controlled temperature of 18°C.
Refining
Aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months on fine lees “sur lie”.

Dry, velvety, tasty and fruity with a slight after-taste of almonds,pear, some honeysuckle and a distinct minerality
Mouth
Refreshingly dry with brilliant acidity and a bitter almond note on the finish. Very well-balanced and harmonious.
