Chardonnay 100 %.
Vineyard
Flat well drained ground, with dolomitic limestone and clay texture. Sylvoz style of pruning with an average density of 3,800 vines/ha.
Vinification Techniques
In white, by separating immediately the skins from the must, by soft pressing. Fermentation at 15-16° C with selected yeasts in french acacia and rovere barrique for 10 months.

Best Served With
Pleasant wine alone or accompanied by baked fish dishes or baked in foil. To be served chilled at a temperature of 10° C in tulip shaped glasses.
Preservation
Keep bottles stored in a cool, dry place away from light, where possible horizontally.
