Our wines have been developed by Eric Bonnet & Yves Cuilleron, and renowned Ramatuelle winegrowers who have been rewarded year after year by the world's leading labels and food critics.

Baron Christian Louis de Massy, son of Princess Antoinette of Monaco, Baroness de Massy and international tennis champion Alexandre-Athenase Noghès, is at the origin of this range of wines. The production is made by Yves Cuilleron, a renowned winemaker in the Northern Rhône Valley, awarded every year by the greatest tasters in the world.

65 % Grenache, 35 % Syrah

Soil

The vines are located to the south of the appellation in claylimestone soil, not far from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The pH of the soil is relatively high. The region enjoys one of the longest hours of sunshine in France. The «Mistral», the north wind, ensures a good state of health of the vines and grapes.

Yield

35 à 40 hl/ha

Vinification

After de-stemming and crushing, a classic vinification, expressing the grape varieties and terroirs as well as possible. Vatting for 20 to 25 days. Control of temperatures up to 28°c.

Tasting

Respect for the vines, grape varieties and terroir: the result is a beautiful expression of ripe red fruits such as cherries, combined with aromas of cedar, liquorice, pepper and other exotic spices. The warm nose makes you want to taste this balanced wine with fine and elegant tannins.
