Our wines have been developed by Eric Bonnet & Yves Cuilleron, and renowned Ramatuelle winegrowers who have been rewarded year after year by the world's leading labels and food critics.

Baron Christian Louis de Massy, son of Princess Antoinette of Monaco, Baroness de Massy and international tennis champion Alexandre-Athenase Noghès, is at the origin of this range of wines. The production is made by Eric Bonnet, renowned winemaker in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, awarded every year by the greatest tasters in the world.

Soil

Clay and limestone soil, high alluvial sediments, deep seaweed sediments from the Miocene and Pliocene period. The region enjoys a lot of sunshine, the most hours of sunshine per year in France. The «Mistral», the north wind, ensures the good health of the vines and grapes.

Yield

Vinification

Vatting for 20 to 30 days. Control of temperatures up to 28°c. Partial aging in wood.

Tasting

Beautiful deep color. Aromas of black fruit such as blackcurrant associated with wood strawberries and spices. Round on the attack, followed by fruit followed by pepper, sage and exotic spices, and melted tannins on the finish. Complex wine with a very good length in the mouth.
