Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC is an excellent red wine, obtained through the refermentation and a second maceration of the vintage Valpolicella Classico on the pomace of Amarone and Recioto, still rich in typical aromatic components. Intense ruby red wine, with an intense, fine and ethereal aroma with notes of spices and vanilla. It has a warm, full-bodied flavor with hints of dried fruit reminiscent of Amarone.
