Our property is located in such a charming district, both from a natural and historical point of view! You will rarely find 2,000 hectares of land made up by vineyards, olive groves, woods of Turkey oaks, chestnuts and cluster pines, three ancient villages (Palazzuolo Vecchio, Montemaggiore and Cortinova – Marrocco) with swimming pools, a synthetic tennis court and two luxury villas (Villa Stroncoli and Villa Le Tornaie), with private swimming pool, spa and no neighborhood.

History tells us about an exoteric place, inhabited by Templars and by the Etruscans, important junction between the Maremma region and coastal and hilly areas. Many of our country houses were built with the remains of the first buildings that were destroyed because of the struggles between Siena and Arezzo.

The grapes, harvested by hand in a vineyard 500 meters above sea level in the village of Rapale (Bucine, Arezzo - Tuscany), are fermented separately according to the variety. The blend rests for 6 months in wood.
