Precious and sparkling sparkling wine, with a straw yellow color accompanied by slight greenish reflections and subtle perlage e persistent. Fresh, balanced and elegant, it recalls the scent ripe fruit, honey and acacia flowers. The taste expresses all the its typicality through intense aromas reminiscent of golden apples and pear, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Great versatility thanks to the perfect balance between acidity, flavor and moderate residual sugar content.

Vinification

The carefully selected grapes are subjected to a soft pressing, to extract only the flower of the must. It follows the first fermentation in white in steel tanks and the sparkling in autoclave according to the Charmat method.
