The white wine vinegar of the Tinello is the product of Italian white berried grapes, obtained by natural fermentation. We recommend using it to dress salads, marinate meat or fish; if desired, also in melee with our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.
The Red Wine of Dinette vinegar is produced from dark-leaved Italian grapes, obtained by natural fermentation. Recommended for seasoning raw or cooked vegetables, for cooking roasts and braised meat.
The Dry Vinegar of The Borgo, as it was used to call in the peasant families the wine vinegar, to distinguish it from the balsamic one, is obtained from white Trebbiano grapes. We recommend using it for salads, marinades and also, if desired, in melee with our Condimento del Borgo for a sweet and sour experience.
