The Fiorino pastry shop was founded in Palmi in 1964 when Mr. Francesco Fiorino (Don Ciccio), who has now emigrated for years, definitively decides to return to his country to give life to the ever more pressing idea of ​​opening a bar. Initially only bar, but his greed and his avant-garde mentality have always pushed him to look for something more.

Rosa del Deserto - Classic Sicilian Almond Paste

Produced with exclusive Sicilian almonds, our dried pasta, expertly prepared, releases the flavors and colors of the Mediterranean.

The desert roses are sweets with almond flour, characterized by a very beautiful very special shape. Their name derives from the homonymous mineral yellow-ocher formation composed of gypsum crystals, which is formed in certain climatic conditions, or in desert areas.

The roses are made with a soft heart made from almond flour and then covered with crispy and light corn flakes in a tasty mix that will win you over at the first taste. Bring these delicious and soft cakes inside and crunchy on the table and you will see that they will soon steal!
