Bellavista - Surprising Personality and Character, Grace and Lightness: The Unique Style of Franciacorta
It was born in Franciacorta in 1977 by the will of the entrepreneur Vittorio Moretti, who decided that year to transform a small wine business founded on a few hectares owned by the family into a company. They are located on the Bellavista hill, so named for the splendid position that, from a single point, embraces Lake Iseo and the entire Po valley up to the Alps. With foresight, Vittorio Moretti pays particular attention to the purchase of new vineyards up to the current 203 hectares of vineyards, included in the area of vocation of the "Franciacorta".

Bellavista - Grande Cuvée Alma Brut - Franciacorta D.O.C.G. - Gift Box - Luxury Limited Edition - 750 ml
Bellavista Grande Cuvée Alma Brut is an excellence of our understanding of Franciacorta. It is the maximum expression of a project that, since 1977, has set itself the goal of seeking the pure essence of harmony. Today, it is a symbol of a tradition that aims to represent, in quality and type, the most mysterious soul of the land of Franciacorta and the oenological style of Bellavista.
This cuvée represents the essence of Franciacorta and the idea of harmony of the Franciacorta Method by Bellavista. It is made with mainly chardonnay grapes, then pinot noir and a small amount of pinot bianco. In the cellar it is assembled by skilled hands, starting from numerous harvest selections and some "reserve" wines from previous vintages, treasure indispensable to perpetuate the style of the house over time. Another decisive factor is the fermentation and élevage of part of the base wines in small barrels of white oak, capable of bringing intensity and complexity. The color of the wine it is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage is fine and continuous. Wide and enveloping, the aromas range from ripe fruit to fresh flowers, up to hints of vanilla and pastry. In the mouth it is savory and complete, fresh and vibrant, definitely consistent on the aromatic level. Long and harmonious finish.

Bellavista - Grande Cuvée Alma Non Dosato - Franciacorta D.O.C.G. - Gift Box - Luxury Limited Edition - 750 ml
A new cuvée, a new interpretation of Franciacorta. Alma Non Dosato represents the contemporary and vibrant interpretation of the great Bellavista vineyard. It is made with mainly chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. In the cellar it is assembled from numerous harvest selections and some "reserve" wines from previous vintages, with a blend that chooses the most dynamic and reactive part of the oenological heritage. The color of the wine is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage is fine and continuous. Fresh and deep the aromas range from fresh flowers to white fruit while in the mouth it is savory, fresh and sharp, complex and with a long and bright finish. A wine of strength, class and elegance.
Bellavista Alma Non Dosato
The purest side of Franciacorta. Contemporary expression of a sensorial profile that characterizes this cuvée for its flavor, freshness, finesse, elegance and agility. A sensory expression of contemporary Franciacorta.
It is a wine that originates from all the Bellavista vineyards and embodies the need to have a complete range that satisfies a taste that has made room for itself in the last 10 years, which is that of wines with little or no dosage. A first step to create a line of non-vintage wines which, alongside Alma, will be completed next year with the addition of a rosé.
To produce this wine we have drawn the grapes from the entire vineyard heritage from which Alma herself draws, choosing to dedicate it to Francesca Moretti's contemporary taste, according to her stylistic indications. A new generation with a current taste, which prefers the absence of dosage, a fresher, crunchy, vertical sensory profile.
Blending of 90% chardonnay and 10% pinot noir, it ages for 30 months starting from the harvest. The image responds in its aesthetic choices to the fresh, immediate, contemporary taste of the wine, so as to create a sensorial link between the essence of the product and the harmony of the shape.
