Bright pink peach blossom color, soft, with slight purple reflections and a rich and persistent foam. The aroma is fresh and fruity with prevailing notes of pink grapefruit, black currant and vague hints of Rosehip. With a fine and persistent perlage, rightly acidic, well balanced, it is expressed on the palate with clear hints of raspberry.
