Created with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes grown in Trentino, vineyards suited to the varieties in a geographically limited area that gives rise to Trento DOC wines. Loose fluvio-glacial soils from the weathering of porphyritic rocks, not very structured, sandy.

Characteristics of the wine: a fresh pink color in the glass, with aromas of small red fruits and hints of spices. Dogal - Opulence Classic Method Trento D.O.C. Blanc de Blancs Brut - Sparkling Wine - Luxury Limited Edition

This wine is produced from Chardonnay grapes grown in the optimal conditions of the Trentino mountains. Soil characteristics: Structured, clayey, deep soils with a rich dolomitic structure (Werfen siltstones); partly on shallow soils, with white and gray calcareous debris, well drained and porphyritic.

The richness of this terroir and the slow care of the Classic Method creates a well balanced and very elegant sparkling wine. Characteristics of the wine: a bright golden color in the glass, with a fine pearl. It offers an intense aroma of citrus and white flowers, with sweet hints of cotton candy and brioche. Lively and creamy on the palate, it has a complex structure and a persistent finish.

Dogal Blanc de Blancs Brut is a very elegant, fresh and savory sparkling wine, perfect to delicately accompany an entire meal.

This wine is the result of an unusual combination of two different grape varieties to offer a plurality and breadth of essences and sensations.

The wine presents itself as a carefully orchestrated dance between the silkiness of the Merlot and the energetic Raboso grape, which produces a decisive verve with a fine and lasting effervescence. The sweet scent of wild strawberries, candy and raspberry and cherry of Merlot plays with the scent of the alpine currant of Raboso, which reveals its typical freshness and flavor, ending with the scent of a rose.
