Dogal - Opulence Classic Method Trento D.O.C. Blanc de Blancs Brut - Sparkling Wine - Luxury Limited Edition
This wine is produced from Chardonnay grapes grown in the optimal conditions of the Trentino mountains. Soil characteristics: Structured, clayey, deep soils with a rich dolomitic structure (Werfen siltstones); partly on shallow soils, with white and gray calcareous debris, well drained and porphyritic.
The richness of this terroir and the slow care of the Classic Method creates a well balanced and very elegant sparkling wine. Characteristics of the wine: a bright golden color in the glass, with a fine pearl. It offers an intense aroma of citrus and white flowers, with sweet hints of cotton candy and brioche. Lively and creamy on the palate, it has a complex structure and a persistent finish.
Dogal Blanc de Blancs Brut is a very elegant, fresh and savory sparkling wine, perfect to delicately accompany an entire meal.
