The soil is composed of alluvial sand, mixed with micaschist, bringing finesse, minerality and freshness. It is also the production area of the «Tibouren» grape variety, a typically Provençal and rare grape variety, introduced by the Romans centuries ago. There are only a few hundred hectares of it in all of France. To discover absolutely!

Vinification
After de-stemming, the juice is extracted in three phases: no pressure, low pressure, and then medium pressure, because in each phase different types of aromas are extracted. Then comes the vinification at low temperature, separately for each juice. This process contributes to the complexity of this wine. This is a very elaborate and crucial method which contributes to the sublimity of each bottle. To preserve the qualities of the beverage, the vinification is done at low temperature.
