Troia and Montepulciano grapes, typical of our area, combined with Aglianico grapes, grown on a fertile hilly land facing south, in a favorable microclimate, gives rise to a wine of intense ruby color, impenetrable and complex on the nose, with flavour of large fruit jam and cherries, supported by hints of vanilla and cocoa wood aging. The taste is persistent and large, very pleasant-based sweet tannins, well integrated into the complexity of the wine.
Served at a temperature of 18 ° C. reveals a wide range of match, but especially in homemade pasta with sauces based on meat, or grilled and braised.
