Sweet Compotes Organic - 80 % Minimum Fruit
In our Farm-made kitchen we prepare our sweet compotes through low temperatures cooking and in a vacuum; then we quickly pasteurize them at 80°C (for storability) and after that we immediately cool them down; in this way we manage to keep the fruits' properties as much as possible. Our fruit compotes (which are similar to jam, but with much less sugar) are made of at least 80% fruit, Sicilian lemons' juice, organic brown sugar and natural apple pectin. We use only our own production fruit (which is also Biodiversity-friend certified).
In some cases we use a small percentage of fruit from other Farms that we personally select and which share our philosophy. User advice: the product, having a low percentage of sugar, doesn't last long: for this reason it's better to keep it in the fridge and to consume it within 10 days. We also recommend you to always use a clean spoon to avoid external contaminations.
Sweet Pear and Vanilla Compote

Ingredients
Pears (85%), organic cane sugar, lemon, natural apple and citrus pectin, pods and vanilla pulp (0.01%).
Appearance and Features
The preserved product is the result of the cooking of pears William and ancient pears with organic cane sugar and vanilla in vacuum and at low temperature.
It has a crème caramel color, on the silky and delicate palate, with a sweet and fragrant taste.
Use Mode
Our sweet compote with pear and vanilla is often used to fill pastry, small pastries and fried cakes. It goes well with dark chocolate. For its sweet taste it is excellent enjoyed at breakfast spread on wholemeal rusks.
It is advisable to consume it at room temperature or with a refrigerator, once opened keep it in the refrigerator and consume it within a few days; we recommend always using a clean teaspoon to avoid external contamination.
