To be noted the nice vivid strawberry colour, not oxidized from a too long cooking. The black pepper, to be tasted at the end, gives an extra and winning sensation to this product. Good tonic for breakfast and snack, right on slice of bread and on ice-cream too. To try also the combination with dark chocolate.
Ingredients: Strawberries (49%), sugar (49%), lemon juice (1%), white pepper (0.05%), fruit pectin, dextrose, citric acid.
