White Asparagus Cream

Ingredients: White asparagus (90%), sunflower oil, extravirgin olive oil, wine vinegar, white wine (vinegar and wine may contain sulfites), whole salt, lemon, pepper, organic brown sugar.

Pairing: Suitable for appetizers, on croutons, to season first courses, perfect for sandwiches and as a “light” alternative to mayonnaise.
