Each Pestato has 30-month shelflife from the production, according to the ingredients and method of preservation. Once opened it, if there anything left, we recommend to cover it with a good quality extra virgin olive oil and to refrigerate it.

A mariage of ingredients and special recipes created in collaboration with Chef and Sommelier, which match perfectly with specific types of wine. Pecorino cheese and Red onion pesto in extra virgin olive oil enriched by Grana Padano cheese and black pepper. Perfect if combined with red wines. The oil used is our “Terre dell’Abbazia”, ideal to preserve any type of food in glass jar. After its use, if there is anything left, we recommend to cover it with a good quality extra virgin olive oil and to refrigerate it.
