This area is also well know for its traditon with olive oil so alongside with the vegetables, Bio Orto also produce organic extravirgin oil: follows a strictly controlled process in all its phases to obtain a high quality oil.

The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

Grown in the company's fields on the slopes of the Gargano, the cauliflower is then harvested and processed exclusively by hand with other genuine ingredients to create a high-quality organic cauliflower cream that enhances the flavors and aromas of the fresh vegetable. Thanks to its creaminess and delicate flavour, this cream is particularly versatile in the kitchen.

Ingredients: organic cauliflower (55%), organic EVO oil (38%), organic almonds*, salt, organic apple cider vinegar, pepper, organic garlic. Acidity regulators: lactic acid, citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Pairings: ideal as a condiment for pasta, but also for preparing delicious croutons.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of light and heat, away from sun exposure. After opening, store the product in the fridge, covered with oil and consume within 4 days.
