The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

Grown in the company's fields on the slopes of the Gargano, the Romanesco broccoli, rich in vitamin C, is harvested exclusively by hand and subsequently processed with other genuine ingredients. The result is a tasty organic Romanesco broccoli cream that enhances the flavors and aromas of the fresh vegetable and is characterized by its unique and delicate flavor and its nutritional properties.

Ingredients: Organic Romanesco broccoli (52%), Organic EVO oil, almonds*, salt, Organic apple cider vinegar, Organic pine nuts, Organic pepper, Organic garlic, Organic curry (mustard*, coriander, turmeric – with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and purifying properties -, cumin, fenugreek, sea salt, garlic, ginger, paprika, chili pepper). Acidity regulators: lactic acid, citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Pairings: ideal as a condiment for pasta, gateaux or for the preparation of a delicious quiche. If accompanied with croutons it is also an excellent single dish.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of light and heat, away from sun exposure. After opening, store the product in the fridge, covered with oil and consume within 4 days.
