The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

From the olive trees of the Peranzana cultivar, present in the company's fields, the olives harvested and pitted only after having spent the right amount of time ripening, are then immersed in Bio Peranzana EVO Oil. Thus was born a high quality product, pitted Peranzana olives in organic extra virgin oil which enhance the characteristic flavors of a typical product of the land of Puglia.

Ingredients: organic pitted olives (63%), organic EVO oil (36%) and salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid.

Pairings: ideal for seasoning first courses, fish second courses, focaccias and salads.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, store the product in the refrigerator covered with oil and consume within 5 days.
