The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

The olives are harvested from the olive trees of the Peranzana cultivar, present in the company's fields, which are carefully washed, immersed in a solution of water and salt where they rest and ferment for about a year. At the end of the process, natural organic Peranzana Olives are obtained, a high quality product that releases the authentic and genuine flavor of the land of Puglia.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, store the product in the refrigerator covered with oil and consume within 5 days.
