The tender artichoke heart, rich in nutrients and mineral salts, combined with the organic EVO oil, produced by the company, gives life to organic artichoke hearts: a high quality product that enhances the genuine flavors of the fresh ingredient.

Ingredients: organic artichokes (65%), organic EVO oil (14%), organic sunflower seed oil (14%), wine vinegar, salt, organic pepper, organic bay leaves. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Pairings: ideal for delicious aperitifs, to enrich salads or to season tasty gourmet pizzas.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
