This area is also well know for its traditon with olive oil so alongside with the vegetables, Bio Orto also produce organic extravirgin oil: follows a strictly controlled process in all its phases to obtain a high quality oil.

The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

Grown in the company's fields on the slopes of the Gargano and harvested entirely by hand, kale, or better known by its English name "kale", is the protagonist of a high-quality organic kale pesto.

In fact, pesto preserves the organoleptic properties of the fresh product thanks to a cold working process of the ingredients which enhances their flavors and aromas. A true wellness vegetable, cabbage is appreciated for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and for the presence of beta-carotene, vitamins - A, C and B6 - and lutein and zeaxanthin.

Ingredients: Organic kale (41%), Organic sunflower seed oil, Organic EVO oil, almonds*, salt, Organic pine nuts, in the version with garlic, Organic garlic (0.5%). Acidity regulator: lactic acid.

Pairings: ideal to enjoy with fresh cheeses, oily fish, natural salmon or white meats.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
