The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

Ingredients: organic broccoli (56%), organic EVO oil, anchovy paste* (1.1%), salt, organic garlic, organic chili pepper, acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid.

Pairings: ideal as a condiment for pasta or to pair with less savory dishes such as quiche Lorraine or creamed potatoes.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of light and heat, away from sun exposure. After opening, store the product in the fridge, covered with oil and consume within 5 days.
