The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

Ingredients: organic artichokes (50%), organic EVO oil (41%), organic wine vinegar, organic parsley, salt, organic garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Pairings: ideal for seasoning pizza or bruschetta and to be served with platters of cold cuts and fresh cheeses.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
