We live and work in the fertile and prosperous Treviso plains, situated among the Montello rolling hills and the mighty, stony river Piave. Since we were children we had the luck to live tucked away in the wonderful world of nature among vineyards, orchards, cows and hens: at that time we already started to think to keep living here. The possibility of working everyday tucked away into nature, sharing and respecting its ancient and immutable rhythm, being its allies and friends was the life that we dreamt about.

Ketchups Organic - Made with Our Good Vegetables

Last summer we had the pleasure to host our friend Martino Beria in our Farm-made, who is a Vegan Chef and expert of natural cooking: we were looking for creative, healthy and funny recipes to make with our vegetables. Martino had an idea that we immediately loved: to create three different vegetable ketchups with the bright colors of red tomato, green tomato and pumpkin. These ketchups can be served with: french fries, vegetable patties and hamburgers, salty pancakes, sandwiches and many other dishes. They are prepared at low temperatures and in a vacuum; they are made with lots of Biodiversity-Friend certified vegetables and with high-quality ingredients.

Ingredients

"Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGP" 30%, Plum, Fennel, organic apple vinegar, Onion, red wine - SULPHITES, organic cane sugar, CELERY, whole salt, Garlic, Ginger, Beetroot, Hot chilli, spices, aromatic herbs.

How to Use

With a particularly fruity taste, our purple ketchup, besides being tasty with French fries, is excellent paired with roast, carpaccio and tartare. Appetizing with mixed vegetable and shellfish tempura or simply as a sauce to accompany fish dishes.
