We live and work in the fertile and prosperous Treviso plains, situated among the Montello rolling hills and the mighty, stony river Piave. Since we were children we had the luck to live tucked away in the wonderful world of nature among vineyards, orchards, cows and hens: at that time we already started to think to keep living here. The possibility of working everyday tucked away into nature, sharing and respecting its ancient and immutable rhythm, being its allies and friends was the life that we dreamt about.
Sweet Compotes Organic - 80 % Minimum Fruit
In our Farm-made kitchen we prepare our sweet compotes through low temperatures cooking and in a vacuum; then we quickly pasteurize them at 80°C (for storability) and after that we immediately cool them down; in this way we manage to keep the fruits' properties as much as possible. Our fruit compotes (which are similar to jam, but with much less sugar) are made of at least 80% fruit, Sicilian lemons' juice, organic brown sugar and natural apple pectin. We use only our own production fruit (which is also Biodiversity-friend certified).
In some cases we use a small percentage of fruit from other Farms that we personally select and which share our philosophy. User advice: the product, having a low percentage of sugar, doesn't last long: for this reason it's better to keep it in the fridge and to consume it within 10 days. We also recommend you to always use a clean spoon to avoid external contaminations.

How to use: Due to its delicate taste our sweet apricot compote thyme limoncino and chamomile is ideal combined with focaccia or for the filling of croissants. Excellent simply tasted alone or spread on brioche bread. It is advisable to consume it at room temperature or in the refrigerator, once opened store it in the refrigerator and consume it within a few days; it is advisable to always use a clean teaspoon to avoid external contamination.
