Scuderia Italia was born from an intuition of Flavio Sartori, who turned his life-long passion for wine into his job. Graduated in Viticulture and Enology at the prestigious Conegliano branch of the University of Padua, he involves his father Loris, an entrepreneur with decades of experience, in his project and together they create the "Scuderia Italia - Prestigious Italian Wines" collection with the ambition that it can one day become a point of reference for wine lovers, offering products from different origins, but united by the search for the maximum expression of their territory.

Chianti DOCG 2015 - Scuderia Italia

Chianti DOCG is one of the best known and most renowned wines of all; symbol par excellence of Tuscany and of Made in Italy in the world. It was born in the heart of Tuscany and its production is governed by strict laws that protect its quality standards.

It is a purple red wine, with fruity notes of cherry and spicy hints. It has a pleasant, intense, long taste.

Chianti Riserva DOCG 2010 - Scuderia Italia

Only a small portion of the entire Chianti production is destined to reserve. The best grapes are selected during the harvest to be aged in oak barrels, which enrich the taste of the wine by releasing their aroma and accelerating the evolutionary processes.

Chianti Riserva Docg is a deep purple red wine, with an aroma of ripe fruit, spiced with cinnamon and vanilla. The flavor is full, silky tannin, with balanced acidity.

Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC 2016 - Scuderia Italia

Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC is a red wine of excellence, obtained through the refermentation and a second maceration of the vintage Valpolicella Classico on the pomace of Amarone and Recioto, still rich in typical aromatic components. Subsequently the "Ripasso" is aged for 12 months in tonneau, to develop its unmistakable peculiarities.

Intense ruby red wine, with an intense, fine and ethereal aroma with notes of spices and vanilla. It has a warm, full-bodied flavor with hints of dried fruit reminiscent of Amarone.

Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2015 - Scuderia Italia

Known throughout the world, Amarone is the noble wine of Verona.

The bunches dedicated to the production of Amarone are selected by skilled hands because they must be perfectly intact and with berries not too tight together, to allow the passage of air during the very delicate natural drying process that takes place on small boxes constantly monitored.

The grapes are immediately separated into two masses to undergo two different drying periods of 100 and 120 days respectively. During this period the grapes - Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella - become dehydrated, increase their sugar content and are loaded with aromas. After pressing and fermentation, aging continues in oak barrels for 36 months.

Amarone has a deep ruby red color, round, velvety but at the same time mineral taste, immediately releases fruity aromas of cherry jam and floral notes of wisteria, jasmine, cyclamen and violet followed by notes of coffee, licorice, tobacco, chocolate and spices.

Barolo DOCG 2011 - Scuderia Italia

Barolo DOCG is known for being "the King of Wines, the Wine of Kings", loved by kings and nobles since the Middle Ages; recognized among the most famous and renowned red wines in the world.

Its production must be subject to very restrictive regulations. It is obtained exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, in 11 municipalities of the Langhe, characterized by fog, which - during the whole harvest - forms along the banks of the Tanaro river and spreads over the hills, enveloping the vineyards.

It is a garnet red wine with an intense and characteristic aroma. The flavor is dry, full, aromatic.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2010 - Scuderia Italia

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is one of the best known red wines in the world. It is produced in Tuscany, within the Municipality of Montalcino, in the province of Siena, an area with a centuries-old vocation for high quality winemaking.

Intense purple red wine, with an equally intense aroma and a flavor of tobacco and dried red fruits.
