Mettosantin - Respect for Earth
Our goals are respect for human health and the environment in which we live. We use only organic fertilizer and plant protection products which heal the plant only from certain type of insects and bad mites, we carry out only those treatments which are required by the vineyard and that are targeted to eliminate any build-up imminent signs of danger. All the work in the vineyard are rigorously hand-made with care and rigor which allow us to produce a healthy wine not modified, that does not require further particular treatments in the cellar.
