Before being a company, Ursini is a family, taking care of olive orchards and mastering the art of pruning for centuries. Today, such knowledge has enriched and expanded. Ursini produces a wide range of Extra Virgin Olive Oils, “Pestati”, Delicacies in Evo and Pasta Sauces. All these products have been part of the Mediterranean diet for centuries, but Ursini have been able to give them a new twist. The company proudly offers the highest quality products with the most elegant packaging. Ursini is keen to work with strong commitment and great respect for traditions, reinterpreting them through innovation, excellence, and elegance.

Yellow pumpkin and zucchini pesto in extra virgin olive oil enriched by Grana padano cheese and white pepper. Perfect if combined with fruity white wines, champagne, prosecco and sparkley wines.
The “Mezzotempo” tomato is a typical variety from Vasto, so called for its maturation at half-season (mezzo-tempo). This tomato sauce can be used as base of sauces or any meal. It is known for the famous “Brodetto di Pesce alla Vastese” (fish soup from Vasto), being an essential ingredient.
Tomato sauce with hot salami called “Ventricina” in extra virgin olive oil. The “Ventricina from Vasto” is a unique and typical salami, a high quality product which follows its really strict procedural guideline (farm animals, pork selection, production process and aging) and has its producers association.

The “Frantoiana” was a pasta sauce eaten by workers (in italian Frantoiani) during the olives harvest, inside the mills (Frantoio). The “Gricia” is the white version of the famous Amatriciana sauce. Actually, this is the original recipe, before that the tomato arrived in Italy (16th century). The ingredients are a tasty cheek lard, an excellent Pecorino cheese, white onions and spices, in a top quality extra virgin olive oil. This specialty is without tomato.
