From the pomace of Vinsanto from Chianti Classico we obtain the Grappa di Vinsanto, a crafted, delicate distillate, which is harmonious and persistent: a great finish to a meal full of flavors and cheer.

Distillation: In a steam plant using a discontinuous distillation method and low temperature columns. The distillation plant is completely sealed; the entire production is subject to quantitative and qualitative checks. Distilled water is added in order to achieve the gradation of Alc. 42% vol. The brandy is aged for 10 years in various types of wood.
