The “Ascolana Tenera del Piceno PDO” olive has a slightly lenghtened shape ad is characterized by a green-yellow colour and an abundant pulp. It has a fragrant and crunchy taste and a light slightly bitter aftertaste. It is cultivated in the Ascoli Piceno and Teramo areas. It is suitable as aperitif and perfect as snack!
