This area is also well know for its traditon with olive oil so alongside with the vegetables, Bio Orto also produce organic extravirgin oil: follows a strictly controlled process in all its phases to obtain a high quality oil.

The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

With a strong flavour, Bio Orto's sun-dried tomatoes are a high quality product thanks to the use of organic and natural ingredients.

The tomatoes, hand-picked and sun-dried according to the Apulian tradition, are preserved in Peranzana EVO oil produced by the company, an excellent oil that can be used as a condiment for bread or bruschetta, thus avoiding any waste.

Details

Ingredients: organic dried tomatoes (58%), organic EVO oil (36%), organic wine vinegar, organic basil and salt. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Pairings: ideal as an aperitif and to be enjoyed on friselle and crostini or to be paired with fresh cheeses such as mozzarella, crescenza and ricotta. Also excellent as a condiment for pasta or in rustic cakes.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
