This area is also well know for its traditon with olive oil so alongside with the vegetables, Bio Orto also produce organic extravirgin oil: follows a strictly controlled process in all its phases to obtain a high quality oil.

The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

With a fresh flavor and authentic homemade sauce, Bio Orto vegetable sauce is a high quality product made only with fresh and organic ingredients.

The sauce is cooked slowly with sautéed onions, carrots, celery and garlic in EVO oil. To this preparation are added the pulp, tomato puree with seasonal vegetables - courgettes, aubergines, peppers and parsley. Bio Orto's Ortolana sauce is a ready-to-use product and is without preservatives and added sugars.

Ingredients: organic tomato pulp (40%), organic tomato puree (37%), organic courgettes (4%), organic aubergines (4%), organic peppers (4%), organic EVO oil (3%), onion Organic (2.5%), Organic carrot (2.4%), Organic celery*(2%), salt, Organic garlic, Organic parsley.

Pairings: ideal for pasta, pizza, lasagne, legumes, soups and for the preparation of rabbit all'ortolana.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
