The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

Organic Orto Tomato Pulp is a high quality product that offers all the freshness of freshly picked tomatoes by combining tomato juice with its pulpy part.

Intensely coloured, firm and well structured, the pulp, which does not contain preservatives or added sugars, is produced with a selected variety of tomato which is grown on the slopes of the Gargano and harvested strictly by hand. Furthermore, tomatoes are high in lycopene, a natural antioxidant substance which, with its very high antioxidant properties, fights aging and helps prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Ingredients: organic chopped tomatoes (82%), organic tomato juice (17%) and salt.

Pairings: ideal for the preparation of first courses, pizzas, legumes or fish such as, for example, stuffed mussels and fish soup.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
