Ingredients: Aubergines, organic sunflower oil, organic extravirgin olive oil, whole salt, organic wine vinegar, white wine, organic brown sugar, Taggiasca olives, sicilian capers, almonds, garlic, chili pepper, organic oregano.

Pairing: Suitable for appetizers, on croutons, on grilled meat, perfect for stuffing sandwiches.
