The Fiorino pastry shop was founded in Palmi in 1964 when Mr. Francesco Fiorino (Don Ciccio), who has now emigrated for years, definitively decides to return to his country to give life to the ever more pressing idea of opening a bar. Initially only bar, but his greed and his avant-garde mentality have always pushed him to look for something more. Then start by popping some recipes here and there, modifying it and reinventing it with the aim of giving life to a small artisanal pastry. Not just a bakery but a place where you can find products that over time start to become unique and a dear friend who always welcomes you with a huge smile.
Almond is our main product. Pure finely crafted almond of Sicily, totally covered with separately roasted whole almonds to exalt all the flavors of the south. Free of any added flavor.
