From the accurate selection of the raw materials to the artisanal making, the quality for Fraccaro is mostly in respect for tradition. Indeed the dough of panettone respects the most ancient recipe: only whole fresh eggs, Italian flour of type 0, Italian butter and sourdough, the last is the real secret ingredient used for more than 80 years by the Venetian company.
The sweet, king of Christmas and key product of Fraccaro Spumadoro, after Slow Food’s presidia joins the exceptional raw materials. On one side the Redoro organic extra virgin olive oil, delicate and rich of fruity fragrances, obtained from olives cultivated on the Venetian hills and manually harvested following the most typical tradition.
