BioOrto is one of the leading companies in Europe in the production and retailing of organic fruit and vegetables .It is located in the heart of the Gargano National Park in Puglia and manages over 400 hectares of their lands.
This area is also well know for its traditon with olive oil so alongside with the vegetables, Bio Orto also produce organic extravirgin oil: follows a strictly controlled process in all its phases to obtain a high quality oil.
The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

Bio Orto's Aromatic Lemon is a high quality product thanks to the excellence of the ingredients and the production method in which Peranzana olives and whole lemons are pressed together at a constant and controlled temperature of 27°C.
This process allows you to obtain an extraordinarily fragrant condiment capable of enhancing the flavor of hot dishes, but also to be used raw. A unique process that differentiates this product from most aromatic condiments on the market and guarantees its high quality. Furthermore, with the Lemon Aromatic you can bring all the flavor and scent of its aroma to the table even in the cold seasons.
Details
Ingredients: Organic extra virgin olive oil (90%) and organic fresh lemon (10%).
Pairings: ideal for seasoning cooked and raw vegetables or first courses and for flavoring fish-based dishes, in particular tartare. It is perfect for preparing desserts such as yogurt cake by replacing part of the EVO oil or butter. In fact, the lemon flavor will make the dessert more delicate by covering the flavor of the egg.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
