The Peranzana variety olives are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed within 24/48 hours in our farm with a continuous system. The BioOrto oil flavour is fruity, with a very balanced taste, very low acidity, elegant that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

The Ogliarola Organic Monocultivar EVO Oil gives the palate a pleasant perception of softness, as well as a velvety note, together with the lightness of the bitter and spicy notes. A medium fruity oil that releases a prevailing scent of fresh almond and light sensations of grass, leaf and artichoke.

With a bright color and a refined design, the Bag in Tube Bio Orto Ogliarola is a practical 3-litre package designed to guarantee the perfect preservation of the oil thanks to the vacuum technique, which prevents the entry of air and light, two factors that directly affect the oxidation of the product. With the Bag in Tube the aging process of the oil is significantly slowed down, almost cancelled, thus guaranteeing perfect shelf life.
