Antica Corte Pallavicina offers a delicious culinary experience in its canteen, serving traditional cold cuts and cheese from Emilia Romagna, including the famous Parmigiano Reggiano. The property’s restaurant overlooks Po River and specializes in Romagna dishes.
Each room at Pallavicina Relais has hardwood floors, antique Persian rugs and wrought-iron beds. They all come with free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities.

Day 1
- On arrival welcome by our staff and welcome drink with products of the company and glass of sparkling Rosé wine of our production
- Accommodation in a superior room or junior suite (double occupancy): check in from 2 pm
- Private guided tour by our staff at the Antica Corte Pallavicina and the aging cellars of the Culatello di Zibello Dop and Parmigiano Reggiano Dop (visit available in Italian, English and French)
- Dinner at the restaurant 1 Michelin Star Antica Corte Pallavicina of Chef Massimo Spigaroli with tasting menu "The territory as it is and how it was" and pairing of regional wines by the glass.
Day 2
- Breakfast with products from the farm starting at 8:00 am to 10:00 am
- Guided tour by our staff at Caseificio Censi to discover the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and our farm with its vegetable gardens, the orchard and the breeds of ancient breeds such as the Parma Black Pig and the Valpadana Cow ( visit to be made the morning after the check in with departure at 9:00 from the reception - about 3 km displacements to be made by bicycle or by own vehicle)
- On the return cooking class for two people hands on the fresh pasta typical of the region with delivery apron logo Antica Corte Pallavicina and recipe book signed by Chef Massimo Spigaroli (duration of about 2 hours and thirty) followed by tasting of prepared dishes
- Admission to the Del Culatello and Masalén Museum (with Italian or English audioguide)
- Typical dinner at Hosteria del Maiale à la carte (3 courses without wines)
