The Producers

Kazzen - Patè of Black Olives

It is a recipe of ancient tradition: black olives are salted, chopped and combined with extra virgin olive oil after harvesting. The cream thus obtained has a strong but harmonious taste, typical of the land of Sicily. Excellent as an aperitif spread on warm bread bruschetta.

Ingredients: Black olives, extra virgin olive oil

Kazzen - Pesto Pantesco

Prepared according to the ancient Pantelleria recipe with the same natural ingredients and with the same original procedures: basil and tomatoes are finely blended with almonds, parsley, oregano, mint, salt and pepper. At the end, the pesto is seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and put into jars, without preservatives or additives.

Ingredients: tomato, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, basil, almonds, parsley, oregano, chilli pepper, mint, salt.

La Timpa - Busiate

Pasta extruded through bronze, rough and porous at tasting, slowly dried to keep intact all the organoleptic properties of wheat and its germ. Highly digestible, with an intense and slightly sweetish taste, good cooking resistance. The Azienda Agricola la Timpa focuses on genuine products, within an agricultural ecosystem and an environmentally sustainable development.

Ingredients: Water and flour with wheat Senatore Cappelli (100% monocultivar), flour with stone mill, in ancient water mill. Bronze drawing, slow drying (18/21 hours) at 40 °.

Infersa - Crystals Of Saline

These salt crystals are large, hand-selected grains from the center of the heaps of salt, very white because they represent the heart and do not come into contact with any external agent. They have a strong taste, unmistakably robust and pronounced. It is recommended to grind them before use, directly on the dishes to release all their aromas.

Ingredients: 100% salt of saline.

Arkè - Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Oil from olive groves in the hills in the heart of Sicily at 600 meters above sea level, from organic farming without using chemicals. Delicious to season a simple salad, it gives a special note to traditional dishes.

Graci Agricultural Company - Etna Rosso

Etna Rosso D.O.C. di Graci gives its best with first courses making you rediscover all the charm of the flavors of Etna. Ruby red in color, the nose reveals aromas of small red fruits and hints of herbs, the palate is harmonious, with fruity aromas, lively freshness and hints of minerals.
